Minister Dallas Phinsee, III is a compassionate shepherd, dynamic leader, and visionary devoted to equipping the next generation for Kingdom impact. A gifted preacher, strategist, and community builder, he has dedicated his life to proclaiming the love of Christ and empowering others to walk boldly in their faith.
Minister Dallas surrendered his life to Christ at age seven at Little Zion Missionary Baptist Church in San Francisco, under the leadership of Reverend Phillip Drummer. As a young believer, he served faithfully in the church’s youth ministry, assisting with bi-weekly gatherings and contributing to the Progressive Baptist Missionary Educational District Association’s youth initiatives. These early experiences laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to ministry and discipleship.
In 2016, the Lord led him to First Missionary Baptist Church in Marin City, California, where he publicly acknowledged his call to preach. On July 29, 2017, he delivered his initial sermon, affirming his commitment to serve Christ with his whole heart. With a passion for guiding teenagers and young adults toward an authentic relationship with Christ, Minister Dallas began investing deeply in youth ministry. He served as Youth Minister at First Missionary Baptist Church for two years, under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Rondall Leggett, where Min. Dallas encouraged students to pursue Christ wholeheartedly, strengthen their faith, and live lives that glorify God.
He later continued his work with young people as Youth Minister at Calvary Hill Community Church in San Francisco, under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Joseph Bryant, Jr. There, he revitalized the ministry by developing leadership teams designed to serve children, teens, and young adults, fostering a culture of growth and discipleship across all age groups. He currently serves as an Associate Minister at Cornerstone M.B.C. in San Francisco, CA, under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Rodney Leggett.
Beyond the pulpit, Minister Dallas has used his gifts in innovative ways to strengthen the Body of Christ. He served as Digital Specialist / Program Manager for the San Francisco office of the Connected Churches Program, a national partnership between Google and Rainbow P.U.S.H. In this role, he provided technology training for congregations locally and across the nation, helping churches enhance their ministries through digital tools. He also taught weekly technology courses for seniors both in person and virtually, ensuring no generation was left behind.

Today, Minister Dallas serves as the Executive Director of Servant Phinsee International Ministries, a growing movement devoted to centering youth and young adults in the work of the Kingdom. Through creative initiatives in technology, sports, esports, and campus ministry, he bridges generations and cultures, creating opportunities for discipleship and growth in diverse communities. He also served as Chairman of the Board for Youth Utilizing Power and Praise (YUPP) and as a consultant to youth and young adult leaders across the United States.
Minister Dallas serves as the Director of the Youth Leaders Institute (YLI), housed within the Youth and Young Adult Auxiliary of the National Baptist Convention. In this role, he designs and delivers culturally relevant training for youth pastors, youth leaders, and youth workers.

A humble and approachable servant, Minister Dallas has been blessed to minister across the country, remaining steadfast in his mission to inspire and empower young people for Kingdom service. He is a graduate of the DeVos Urban Leadership Initiative (DVULI), the Urban Youth Workers Institute (UYWI) Certificate Program, and the School Partners Program, which equips faith leaders to strengthen community engagement. Currently, he is pursuing further theological education at Gateway Theological Seminary.
In addition, Minister Dallas participated in a year-long clergy cohort through the Empower Initiative and Live Free California, which included a faith and social justice pilgrimage to Alabama. That experience deepened his understanding of the legacy of the Civil Rights Movement and shaped his conviction that true ministry cannot be separated from the pursuit of justice. As a faith leader, he continues to advocate for both spiritual renewal and social transformation, believing that the Gospel calls the church to be a voice of hope, healing, and justice in the world.
